"the bus" just put up PART 1 of the 1974 project on bt.etree the other day, with the rest of the parts soon to follow. 160 gigs of sbd and aud jazzy psychedellic rock-grass goodness! thanks bus!

The only thing I hate about these projects is that I miss my unlimited download allowance : (

Oh how I miss my high speed unlimited cable. I've settled for DSnail but at least the kids have learned what life is without cable. I just wish these same bundles would get put out there so that the rest of us could at least pick and choose.

I shouldn't complain, I have more than I can probably ever give full attention to anyway.

the tough part is deciding which sources to keep and which to delete. i'm not the deadhead who has to have every source available. i try to have the best source, burn it to cd, and be done with it.

agreed. I see no point in having multiple copies of the same show. THere are exceptions of course if it's THAT much better and/or has parts that were previously missing. I have a couple of shows I have in SBD and AUD but usually like you I try to get just the best I can of a particular show then be done with it.

Thanks everyone for bringing some attention to this gem of a seed. This went around about a year ago as the Wall of Sound project. Salah is seeding the '74 project now on the Jerry Moore side of The_Bus to celebrate his life and honor him.

Thanks Jerry Moore for taping and sharing your live music with us. We will never forget you. And thank you Rob Berger for transferring them and being involved with us and our community. Thanks again to eTree and The Archive.
